Our Front Desk Team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to Management’s attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.
In order to have your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon. Feel free to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax, have a glass of wine or a cup of tea and just breathe away the stresses of your day. Please keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.
We are aware that at times you need to change your reservation. Salon O maintains a 24hour cancellation policy.
No shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a 100% service charge.
Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you have.
We serve many complementary refreshments espresso, cappuccino, specialty teas, regular and decaf coffee to name a few.
Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Gratuities may not be added to credit card charges, nor are we able to add them to gift certificates.
For the safety and well-being of all children brought to Salon O, we ask that adult supervision is strongly enforced. Hot irons and sharp scissors are within reach. Your cooperation regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
We request that you leave your valuables at home or keep them with you during your stay with us.
Parking is available behind our building. There are eight spaces and you can enter through the back entrance. Please check in with the Front Desk upon arrival. There are also two free municipal parking lots in close proximity.
