Cancellation Policy

We are aware that at times you need to change your reservation. Salon O maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. Services that involve more than 45 minutes with any of our technicians will require a 50% deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable if you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
